Join us for the USask Student Sustainability Fair

SASKATOON – The University of Saskatchewan (USask) is hosting a student sustainability fair on Thursday, March 30 from 1–4 pm in the atrium of the Agriculture Building on campus.

Undergraduate students will be presenting their capstone projects, integrating perspectives and knowledge from both the social and natural sciences to tackle environment and sustainability-related challenges. 

The students are taking the EVSC 485.3 Environmental Science Capstone and ENVS 401.3 Sustainability in Action courses. The majority of the students are enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Bioresources at USask.   

This event is open to members of the community, and USask students, staff, faculty, and alumni.

Location: Atrium in the College of Agriculture and Bioresources, 51 Campus Drive, University of Saskatchewan
Featuring: Student projects focused on solutions to environment and sustainability challenges. Examples of projects include Women for Conservation, growing micro-greens in Saskatoon public schools, monitoring bats in northern First Nation communities, the Little Sprouts sustainability program at the Nutrien Wonderhub, and more. 

Students will be available for interviews, including four students who speak French.
